Mathilde Do Chi is an international food law consultant in food innovation. She is an EIT Food mentor & expert, and also sits on the Mission Committee of an AgriFoodTech VC, New Tree Impact.

Having worked in both the private and public sectors, she has developed previous expertise and can address a topic from multiple angles.
Among the entities she worked for, there are the FAO from the UN, ADM, and the French and Japanese governments.

On LinkedIn, she has gathered more than +12500 followers and posts between 3 and 5 times a week on making food law accessible to non-lawyers.

Originally from France, Mathilde has lived in 6 other countries and is currently based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

The most surprising culinary experience I’ve ever had was a sea bass with cocoa powder, prepared using liquid nitrogen at Thierry Marx’s restaurant.
